PROCESS:

2. Pre-Qualification Phone Call

3. “First Date” a.k.a. In-Home Consultation – (consultation fee applies)

4. Design Contract – $5,000-$10,000 average cost with $1,500 initial deposit

5. In-Home Measure and Inspiration Share

6. Execute Design Package – 3-4 weeks average time to complete, depending on scope

7. Present Design Package & Cost to Build

8. Sign Construction Contract, Schedule Start Date & Provide Deposit – $30,000 average, depending on scope

9. Begin Construction

GENERAL NOTES:

​

• Average Project Time frame: Kitchen | Bath 6-8 weeks / Whole house remodel 6-12 months

• Average Project Cost: $120,000-$300,000

• Customer will usually supply large appliances

• Ridgecrest will usually design & build hood cover

• Minimum project cost is $50,000

• Adding square footage takes on average 6-8 months for permitting and an additional $50,000-$100,000 in city permitting fees as well as design/project administration/engineering fees.
