Rossmoor is a 55+ active adult community in Walnut Creek with approximately 6,700 homes and an active real estate market driven by lifestyle downsizers from across the Bay Area. California residential code is detailed and changes regularly. We track Title 24 energy requirements, seismic zone requirements, accessibility standards, and local zoning rules — and design for compliance from the start.
