Ridgecrest Designs shapes architecture through more than 20 years of building the homes we design, so estate plans are grounded in structure, sequencing, materials, and finish execution from the start. In Alamo, that means composed residential design for Stone Valley, Roundhill, Alamo Ridge, and the Summit Drive corridor, with discretion suited to large-lot properties and gated enclaves.
Alamo is defined by its large lots, equestrian properties, and proximity to both Diablo and Round Hill Country Club. Architectural services at Ridgecrest Designs are integrated into our design-build projects. We do not sell standalone architectural drawings for projects managed by other contractors. Our architecture is inseparable from our construction process — that integration is what makes it work.

Before construction begins, you'll see your project in photographic detail. Exterior massing, interior spaces, material selections — all confirmed before construction begins. Architecture you can see, not just read off a drawing.
California residential code is detailed and changes regularly. We track Title 24 energy requirements, seismic zone requirements, accessibility standards, and local zoning rules — and design for compliance from the start.
