Ridgecrest Designs uses build-informed architecture to make homes feel rooted, with plans shaped by terrain, structure, materials, and the realities of rural construction. Sunol is unlike any other community in the East Bay — rural in character, with large parcels, working agricultural properties, and a population that chose the area specifically for its pace and privacy. Homes here sit on acreage, and the combination of rural character and owner sophistication creates a unique brief: finish and design quality at the level of Alamo or Danville, delivered on a site that requires genuine rural construction experience.

Architectural services at Ridgecrest Designs are integrated into our design-build projects. We do not sell standalone architectural drawings for projects managed by other contractors. Our architecture is inseparable from our construction process — that integration is what makes it work.
