Dublin has grown rapidly over the past two decades into a well-established master-planned community with strong schools and family-oriented neighborhoods. Architectural services at Ridgecrest Designs are integrated into our design-build projects. We do not sell standalone architectural drawings for projects managed by other contractors. Our architecture is inseparable from our construction process — that integration is what makes it work.

Before construction begins, you'll see your project in photographic detail. Exterior massing, interior spaces, material selections — all confirmed before construction begins. Architecture you can see, not just read off a drawing.
California residential code is detailed and changes regularly. We track Title 24 energy requirements, seismic zone requirements, accessibility standards, and local zoning rules — and design for compliance from the start.
